I do have a new adventure that has been written and finished for another RPG. It is a programmed adventure that can be run either Solo without a DM or with a DM. The design was for a game system that was dead, but in the last few years has been happily resurrected. You can guess which one. I am unfortunately not at liberty to publish it for that game system. The story is unfortunate for me, but great for the community as a whole (and I do take happiness in that). I won't bore you with the details. The obvious course of action is to edit it for "Mythic Heroes and Legends" and publish it.
The adventure, tentatively titled "The Forest of Doom" is set in Isteria across the Black Elster river in the feared Zaberwald. It answers several mysteries concerning Isteria, but uncovers many more. It is for 1st level characters first entering Isteria by crossing the Greywatch Mountains, though the play tests have suggested a 2nd level leader or more seasoned comrade is helpful!
An issue has arisen however with the publishing... no, not the OGL debacle. The project has been delayed due to my taking another writing project ( for someone else). This new project is exciting and a bit of dream for me. I cannot at this time divulge the details at this time, though I would like to shout it to everyone. That will come in time.
For now, the next "Mythic Heroes & Legends" product will be delayed. I had hoped to have something ready by the beginning of March. Now I am afraid this will slip to early summer.
Have no fear though if you purchased Isteria and are enjoying it. I have many more plans for it... and of course all will be easily inserted to your own campaigns as well.
